Posters should be attended by the authors themselves who must be registered, in order to discuss them during coffee breaks. Poster will be written in English.

Submissions for Abstracts

Abstracts, which must be written in English, should be submitted no later than 29th April 2016, to: fochoa@meetingpharma.com The corresponding author should be identified. It is possible to submit more than one abstract. The corresponding author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract. Notification on acceptance of the abstract(s) will be e-mailed no later than 48 hours after the submission. Authors must register for the congress and pay the registration fee before 01 May 2016 in order to confirm their presentation. Failure to do this could result in losing your presentation. The presenting author must accept full responsibility for the content, submission and presentation of the abstract, and retain full copyright of their abstract and presentation. By submitting an abstract, authors give consent and authorise the organisers to publish their abstract, presentation, picture and biography, and to include them in any congress printed or electronic publications. Authors should declare all commercial interests. All studies must have been approved by institutional committees on ethics of experimental and human investigations.

Poster Mounting and Removal Schedule

Poster material must be prepared in advance and should be large enough to be viewed at a distance of 2 m (maximum height of 140 cm and 100 cm base). Do not mail a poster presentation in advance, but bring it with you to the congress. The structure of the poster is left to the autor’s choice.

The board assigned to you will be labelled with your poster number. Hang up your poster material flat on the poster board with special double sided tape, which will be supplied by the Organising Secretariat. Staff will be on the floor at all times to assist poster presenters.

Authors are responsible for hanging up and removing their posters themselves. Remove poster material at 13:30-14-30h on 06th May 2016. Posters not removed by the presenters at 14:30h will be removed by congress staff and thrown away on the same day. The AMTP Organizers cannot accept liability for lost or damaged posters.
